The visible spiral threads in the prints symbolize historical development and geological layers. The designs, based on mathematical 3D graphics, start as ideal forms (Start state) but evolve through every time special deformation, represented in the Noise and Decay models. This transformation mirrors both historical shifts and plastic's lifecycle, from useful material to environmental pollutant.

SHELTERS
plus
Our approach encourages bottom-up initiatives, making shelters not only for air alerts but also as third spaces for social activity. A key feature is a library of easily implemented design solutions, particularly for furniture, using both original and open-source designs, including those by Enzo Mari.

PUBLIC SPACE
Key design goals were to connect two previously separated bike routes, establish a bike repair station as the focal point of the public space, and create durable, comfortable urban furniture using oak beams—all to promote an active, eco-friendly lifestyle.

POSTERS
With the ongoing war in Ukraine, the demand for such materials is high. The posters are currently placed in civic shelters we design, offering essential life-saving tips for people to read and memorize during air alerts.

GRAPHICS
PUBLICATION
A key design element was the duotone processing of images, printed in three Pantone colors—black, green, and blue—instead of the usual CMYK. This approach unified the multi-colored photos into a cohesive style while enhancing depth and saturation. Paired with porous, slightly yellowish paper, the result is a minimalist yet holistic book, with colors evoking nostalgia and mystery.

PUBLISHING
IDENTITY
We designed the visual identity for the publishing house with a logo inspired by a coordinate system around a person and the trajectory of movement. The letter "K" forms an unbroken line within this system, echoing gestures made in space, while rectangular planes following the trajectory symbolize sheets of paper, referencing the publishing industry. The design also nods to chronophotography, a historical method of capturing motion.

PLATFORM
IDENTITY
Ostriv_Lab, a sub-brand for the fab-lab workshop, features a generative logo and carefully chosen fonts for navigation. Over the past decade, we’ve also designed event posters, merchandise (t-shirts, magnets, postcards, bags, etc.), corporate stationery, and the website, forming a cohesive branding package.

MOBILE
MAKERSPACE
The logo’s bold, heavy letters symbolize the strength of tools and collective power, while its adaptable composition reflects the project’s freedom and self-organization.
We designed a series of illustrations narrating the makerspace’s story, showcasing its equipment, activities, and collaborative spirit. The project’s identity also includes car appearance guidelines, team t-shirts, merchandise, and templates for social media.

OF INTERACTION
SCHOOL
To harmonize the long words in the logo, we balanced their lengths and used the letter Є dynamically to incorporate icons. The technical font reflects architectural aesthetics, while repeating elements like "ІЇ" resemble a double T-beam, referencing construction materials.
The visual identity combines the logo with imagery from past projects, such as 3D models, drawings of people building spaces, and photographs, communicating both the school’s essence and our practical expertise.

COLLECTION 1
Other pieces include clay 3D-printed trophies for a badminton championship and large stands for the Ostriv shop, printed with recycled plastic. Each object embodies our dedication to exploring advanced production methods while prioritizing sustainable practices.
FEST 3.0
Key elements included scaffolding frames, reed carpets instead of banners, and a visual aesthetic blending post-industrial ruins with natural regeneration. The design emphasized site-specific artefacts like plant ruins while tying all festival locations, into a cohesive concept. Graffiti artists from One Cru painted reed screens, enhancing the mix of industrial and natural themes. A highlight was the observation tower above the river, offering panoramic views of the area and its natural beauty.
