Electrovymiriuvach is one of the few Soviet-era Ukrainian factories where science-intensive production has been preserved. Its transformation into the Vymiriuvach Innovation Park aims to set a precedent by creating a unique platform for education, development, and design in Ukraine.

At Formografia Studio, we developed the spatial development concept, integrated functional clusters, and launched the first stage of renovation, which included facade upgrades and the design of initial R&D spaces. We also created 3D models of various revitalization scenarios and proposed a departmental structure necessary to relaunch the factory. This project was not only about reimagining spaces but also about shaping a capable team to bring the vision to life.
