WATER TOWER 
RENOVATION
This project repurposes an abandoned water tower in Zhytomyr. Our winning concept focused on reconstructing the dome to create a transparent 360° viewpoint, a long-awaited feature for the city’s residents. A tourist center on the first floor was included to integrate the tower into Zhytomyr’s key destinations for visitors and locals alike.

Research revealed limitations in the existing structure: narrow windows and difficult access to the spire made them unsuitable for panoramic views. The proposed glass dome addressed these issues, doubling as a glowing "lighthouse" to draw attention to the tower and revive its use.
