In the process of creating a public space for Kramatorsk, we are faced with the problem of the usurpation of all mechanisms for their development by officials and bureaucratic apparatus. Projects of grassroots initiatives mostly do not find support and remain only ideas on paper. Conservatism and resistance to progressive trends lead to the formation of a closed system that is not capable of synergy. The problem requires a comprehensive system solution and the first step is to attract attention to the issues and open discussion. The installation of Sinking space is metaphorical, the "sunken" parallelepipeds are primitives when working with space, they are drowning under the weight of bureaucratic procedures and the reactionary nature of people who are afraid of change and experiment. These primitives also act as bright markers for places that have a high potential for transformation. Bright color - a signal of attention for not indifferent. To place the installations, four locations were chosen: the central square, the square near the airplane, the abandoned cinema and the summer theater in Pushkin Park. For each location that we considered, the sketch proposal was developed (and plotted on the site), together with the media component - a page in social networks - creates a mechanism for stakeholder dialogue. The chosen language is the art intervention. We hope for interest from the citizens, only in the presence of which the further development of this project is possible. Discuss, assign, implement!
